    This position is responsible and accountable for the execution of the critical business function of developing strategic and creative solutions for key clients that utilize EVERSANA services. This role helps the organization meet its revenue goals by working with the business development team to develop solutions, understanding the competitive landscape and how it impacts our solutions, recommending sales priorities based on assessments of market changes and opportunities, and identifying new areas of growth for the organization. This position is expected to meet EVERSANA objectives, including but not limited to supporting revenue growth, developing solutions for new markets, providing guidance and support to the company’s leadership and commercial team, and delighting clients with innovative solutions that support their goals.

    This position manages the Commercial Strategy function for EVERSANA and is an individual contributor role.  

    The total compensation range for this position is $96,000-$132,000 which includes base salary + commission.




    • Create strategic solutions for EVERSANA clients and prospects in collaboration with business development and sales operations, emphasizing cross-functional service offerings to create a complete solution
    • Participate in scoping calls/meetings, solution development, meeting preparation, and presentation development as needed
    • Provide strategy and content for proactive proposal development
    • Perform market assessments and build business cases for new markets for EVERSANA to pursue
    • Identify trends that may impact future EVERSANA business; communicate to leadership and provide alternative course(s) of action to address
    • Work with product development teams within the business units to develop products/services that meet market demands
    • Work collaboratively with internal market research as appropriate to support above
    • Collaborate with marketing to develop value messages and content as appropriate
    • All other duties as assigned

    • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred, with 10 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience in outsourced commercial services to the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Understanding of the life sciences product lifecycle and the services needed at each stage
    • Strategic thinking and creativity to think “outside the box.”
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and trends and draw conclusions.
    • Ability to get things done through influence.
    • Proven, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
    • Must have knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • The position requires occasional travel to EVERSANA facilities, clients and other industry events.

    Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
