    THE POSITION:

     

    The IT Security Program Manager is responsible for the protection of EVERSANA Information Assets and the execution of information security policy and procedure. Position encompasses establishing and managing an appropriate risk management and security operations team for EVERSANA and facilitating the establishment, testing and enforcement of appropriate Standard Operating Procedures and Key Performance Indicators. The IT Security Program Manager will work closely with the IT executive staff and stakeholders in other departments in order to support the current infrastructure as well as develop and deploy new cost/time-effective security solutions for all aspects of EVERSANA.

    Responsibilities

    Critical RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Establishes and manages security engineers and security operations team, leading incident response
    • Manages investigations and forensics for discovered incidents
    • Establishes and manages vulnerability management program. Schedules regular scans of known assets to identify all vulnerabilities and track remediation.
    • Determines if newly released vulnerabilities present high risk to EVERSANA and performs ad hoc scanning if necessary.
    • Management of threat detection and prevention technologies
    • Ensure that EVERSANA has effective tools and processes in place to protect assets from the evolving threat landscape.
    • Partner with IT stakeholders on Security Architecture, understand system requirements and functionality and implement changes to system against requirements and functional design
    • Accountable for the leadership, development and maintenance of multiple complex and high priority projects
    • Collaborates with IT senior management and key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of infrastructure and systems with company objectives and strategy
    • Establish and maintain security awareness training program, including phishing training
    • Evaluate and perform periodic testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
    • Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM qualifications:

    • Requires a BA/BS degree
    • 6 or more years of experience in information security
    • 3 or more years of managing individual contributors
    • Knowledge of information security technologies, process and techniques
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

     

    • Industry certification such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC
