    THE POSITION:

     

    The Office Manager should be an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate will have experience in  handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

    Responsibilities

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Meet and greet all arrivals at the office (candidates, clients, vendors)
    • Take ownership of the office space: Organize, order and manage office supplies, snacks, furniture, equipment.
    • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
    • Coordinate onboarding schedule for new hires as well as prepare for the arrival of new employees: Order all equipment, supplies and software; and make sure the desk is set-up prior to their start date
    • Own and manage office services (internet, electric, cable, and phone)
    • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments
    • Executive Administrative Support
    • Manage the calendar and arrange travel for the General Manager as well as day to day support and assistance to the General Manag
    • Oversee conference room schedule and upkeep
    • Manage Purchase Card for P.E.P

    Qualifications

    CORE COMPETENCIES:

     

    • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
    • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and planning skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
    • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
    • A team player

     

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

     

    • 3+ years of Office Management experience
    • Associates degree
