    As a valued member of the Corporate Marketing & Communications team, this role will partner with the marketing manager to execute on the marketing digital strategies and other campaigns with the goal to create awareness, generate interest and demand and overall promote our products and services in the industry. The marketing specialist must be well versed across various digital marketing channels, with expert knowledge of Marketing Automation, SFDC & WordPress. Must stay abreast of changes in technology and our industry. This role collaborates with the marketing manager, director and other business leaders in a matrix organization to ensure that campaigns are being executed as planned and adhering to approved budgets.



    • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
    • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
    • Through optimization generate the desired outcomes – awareness, interest and demand generation for our services/product
    • Manage the digital channels, including but not limited to website, landing pages, marketing automation, social
    • Collaborate with a growing multi-site Marketing & Communications team


    • Lead and oversee implementation of email campaigns and manage the day-to-day activities of marketing automation
    • Develop best practices and Marketo assets (templates and buttons) that can be used for sales, marketing and service delivery emails
    • Determine measurement requirements and build reports needed to provide results and metrics related to digital marketing campaigns
    • Oversea list hygiene, growth and segmentation using target client profiles (personas)
    • Manage budgets, timelines and external agencies for assigned e-marketing projects
    • Manage the website technology, content and SEO strategies to support inbound and outbound campaigns and the lead nurturing program.



    • Two-to-four years e-marketing experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing or related field
    • Working experience with marketing automation software Marketo or other marketing automation system (Pardot, Eloqua, etc) required
    • Working experience of html preferred
    • Working experience of Word Press preferred
    • Experience with or other CRM required
    • Skilled writer and proofreader
    • Travel required approximately 15-20% of the time


    • Ability to build relationships with key internal customers, including executive leadership
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment managing multiple priorities
    • Knowledge of O365, SharePoint intranet platforms, marketing automation, social networks and other creative messaging venues, including video production
    • Detailed oriented and creative thinker
