This position is responsible and accountable for primarily supporting the President of Channel Services, but also providing support to other executive team members as needed in executive level administrative functions. This position will be involved with many concurrent assignments and projects that must be managed effectively and accurately. Tasks are varied from simple to extremely complex, and time to complete them varies from weeks to requiring urgent action. The position is design to provide primary support to the President, and therefore will be interacting with leaders from other sites, necessitating excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Communication effectiveness, both written and oral, is critical due to the sensitivity and confidentiality of some communications, the need for extremely high communications accuracy, and wide variety of people that the position must interface with on a daily basis.
