    This position is responsible and accountable for primarily supporting the President of Channel Services, but also providing support to other executive team members as needed in executive level administrative functions. This position will be involved with many concurrent assignments and projects that must be managed effectively and accurately. Tasks are varied from simple to extremely complex, and time to complete them varies from weeks to requiring urgent action.  The position is design to provide primary support to the President, and therefore will be interacting with leaders from other sites, necessitating excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Communication effectiveness, both written and oral, is critical due to the sensitivity and confidentiality of some communications, the need for extremely high communications accuracy, and wide variety of people that the position must interface with on a daily basis.


    • Maintains President's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel
    • Maintains customer and company confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
    • Prepares agendas and make arrangements for team and /or executive meetings
    • Attend team and/or executive meetings as requested in order to record minutes. Compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of these meetings ina timely manner
    • Prepare reports and presentations by collecting, formatting and inputting, summarizing, editing and retrieving information
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge of company and industry by reviewing professional publications and news topics on the intranet, stay current with industry news
    • All other duties as assigned

    • TECHNICAL SKILLS: The position is a blend of manual and technical skills such as PC usage.

    • REASONING AND PROBLEM SOLVING: The position involves executing defined oral and written instructions, but adds problem solving skills for special unplanned events.
    • ANALYTICAL SKILLS: The position is a mixture of tasks and some analytical skills using higher tools such a spreadsheets, graphs, ratios, percents, etc.
    • COMPUTER SKILLS: The position requires a computer at least 50% of the time but using basic software such as email, MS Office and various internal business systems.
    • EDUCATION: The position requires a 4 year degree at minimum with advanced degrees or educational optimum or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The position does not require physical effort to be successful in the position.
    • WORK ENVIRONMENT: The position works in an office environment with few if any negative environmental factors such as noise and dust.



    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
    • Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience, including experience using computer based applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Requires strong attention to detail, a high commitment to the quality of all projects and accountability for deliverables.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Visio a plus.
