    THE POSITION:

    The TA Coordinator (TAC) works closely with a team of Recruiters in a fast-paced agile organization.  The TAC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of our company.  This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external candidates, possess outstanding communication skills and have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice. Passion and drive a must have!

    Responsibilities

    Critical responsibilities:

    • Ensuring the candidate experience is exceptional through attention to detail, follow up and coordination
    • Communication, both verbal and written, that is professional, personable and your energy and passion shows with every word you speak and write.
    • Ability to multi-task. You’ll have the pleasure of working with talented Recruiters who will have high expectations.  You will learn a ton from them as well and this role will help prepare you for advancement in the organization.

    Essential duties and responsibilites:

    • Source candidates for a multitude of positions in the healthcare marketing industry and life sciences.
    • Screen and present qualified applicants through the use of targeted questions and litmus tests
    • Scheduling interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters; scheduling travel and reimbursing candidates who travel from out of state.
    • Providing follow up emails and phone calls to candidates; disposition in the system and call those candidates who interviewed on site.
    • Updating candidate records and job postings in applicant tracking system
    • Coordinate intake and consensus meetings
    • Prepare offer letters for Recruiters
    • Handle the post offer process such as:
      • Coordinating the background check and drug test
      • Communicate details to the HR Team start the on-boarding process
      • Follow up with candidates to welcome them to the organization
    • Providing follow up emails and phone calls to candidates; disposition in the system and call those candidates who interviewed on site to close the loop
    • Assist with college job fairs and marketing materials
    • Tracking recruiting activities and providing updates in master scorecard
    • Identifying opportunities where TA can be better in candidate experience, social media, employer branding and all processes related to Recruiting. A process improvement mind-set is critical.

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or recruiting experience with an Associates Degree
    • Minimum 1 year experience working in HR, Recruiting or Staffing
    • Experience with an applicant tracking system(s)
    • Working knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, Twitter, Instagram and Glassdoor

    • Must dominate the ability to multi-task, change pace and handle change
