The most important aspect of this position is the Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the effective implementation of DLSS’ Quality Assurance processes within DLSS and with DLSS’ external clients. Activities performed include Quality System implementations, process improvement programs, audits, validation, and CAPAs (corrective action and preventive action). This position is a member of the DLSS Executive Management Team (EMT). This position is also a member of the DLSS Management Review Team.
